This historic 17th century dutch homestead in Old Black Point is on a peninsula pressing into the Long Island sound. To satisfy the needs of a large family we created a guest house with a children’s dormitory of built-in beds and a grand guest suite within the old barn highlighting its historical and rustic characteristics.
